Are my wisdom teeth coming in?

**Please read all of it and answer all my question** I'm 17 and for the past few weeks i have had an on and off ache/tenderness on my lower mouth exactly where my bottom wisdom teeth would be. When i chew something harder my gum where my wisdom teeth would be hurts for a while afterwards. Also when i feel the gum i can feel the sharp pints of the tooth just under my gum. Sod o you thing there coming in? Also i have braces, If there are coming in will the mess up my teeth? One more...... Can they take an x-ray of my wisdom teeth if i have braces on?
