Help, Help, Steering wheel problem!?

I have a 2000 Dodge Durango with 85k really nice ! I been hearing popping noise on the front of the truck even when I turn the wheel and also when I stop and go traffic you can hear the popping noise .The popping noise you can hear it when you are going at 5 to 25 MPH and also when I hit a speed bump or something it make a squeal sound it got new shock! , The steering wheel also feel lose sometime! It been like this for 4 month already, What could it be? It this normal for a Durango to behave like this? Any suggest?
