Premature ejaculation....plz help?

premature ejaculation is where u.. uhum... squirt before you or she has climaxed... u would know if when u ...uhum... squirt... you feel like your not finished and she hasnt climaxed yet. how to evade this problem? i havent heard any natural like exercises... if u KNOW u have it then talk to ur doctor, im sure they have some meds for it :)
