Does she love me a little more than a friend?
My best friend and I have known each other for almost two years now. When we first met each other, we really hit it off. We became extremely close, extremely fast. Both of us are pretty private people also, so it was an odd cirstance. Anyway, my friend is a little moody and isn't consistent with how she feels about some things. Recently, our relationship has changed and it's a little confusing. Around May, my friend confessed that although she doesn't act like it sometimes, that she cares about me a lot. She told me she has never loved and cared so much about a person as she does me (not in a way.) I totally wasn't expecting this because she would (intentionally according to her) throw me off with random mood swings. She told me she didn't want to seem like she cared too much because she is scared that I will 'leave her.' She also confessed that she gets really jealous when I hang around or talk to our other friends sometimes, depending on the situation. Since this conversation, we talk on the phone everyday, hang out all the time, it's all going extremely well. However, our relationship is super exclusive. Around maybe five occasions, we've found ourselves in close proximity, holding and caring hands (that's it, no kissing or anything else.) That's as far as things have gone and this hasn't happened in almost a month though. She tells me she loves me a lot, we talk all night on the phone, but I'm confused. We've never talked about 'wierd' things pertaining to uality or anything. Although I get the feeling she is romantically attracted to me sometimes, she makes comments about guys she thinks are good-looking and getting married. So I'm not sure. I mean, she gets jealous at odd things, sometimes she acts like she's head over heels for me; she draws pictures for me, writes me little notes, says a lot of sweet things, and other things. She makes comments that would seem like it too. So, does she love me or is she in love with me? Any input on your thoughts would be greatly appreciated. Please no rude comments, it's a serious situation.
