What to do when your husband makes accusations that are false.?

I have been married for 2 years. My husband and I both have houses. We have been thinking about selling them both and buying a new one or selling my and staying in his or selling his and staying in mine. What he could get for his would pay mine off. Leaving us with no house payment. I don't care which way. Tonight he be came upset out of the blue and said he felt I was using him and after I got my bills paid off I was going to leave him. So, he was not going to sell his house and he did not want me to sell mine. Now, I am stuned by this. He said all woman are like that. He had a very bad time with his x. This is what she did to him twice. He remarried her and she took him twice for all he had. Now for what ever reason he has placed me in the same catagory as her. These accusation sound like he is calling me deceptive, conniving and a lier.Should stay or go? He said he still loved me but he would not risk losing everything again. I am in total shock with all this.
