Chances on getting into UCLA and USC FIlm School?

Hi, I'm a freshman in community college, i really want to transfer to either USC or UCLA for their film program, i did pretty good in high school, graduated with honors (if that even matters) but because of slacking off in math in my Freshman year of high school, i didn't meet the required math cl to apply to a UC or CSU, which explains why i'm in community college and not at a University. Anyways, ever since my junior year of high school i've been very interested in Film Making, and i really want to study it. I was wondering what were my chances on getting into a school like USC or UCLA or even NYU with the situation i'm in right now. is it likely? unlikely? i know those schools are extremely expensive and hard to get into, which is why i'm asking, also i heard that with Film schools you don't transfer as a Junior you transfer as a Freshman, is this true? Are there any other great film schools in California or the east coast. All answers are appreciated.
