Hello, I am wanting to get a tattoo of my last name is sort of fancy cursive writing and am wondering where the best place in Seattle is that doesn't cost some ridiculous amount for such a small tattoo? I know slave to the needle but I'm looking at atleast $125 with that and that seems a little much for a tat that will take less than an hour to do. Any suggestions of artists or parlors is appreciated
