I'm about to cook steaks, how do I do it!? Any good toppings etc?

Title says it all, I have these 3 small steaks they're called round of eye steak or something? I doubt its a good cut, but it was a good deal. I cooked steaks once before, weren't too great. So can you help me out? I'm planning on making them in the broiler. Degrees and everything GREATLY appreciated.
