Need advice on pitching!?
In 32 days you probably won't get much faster than you are throwing right now, that will come with time. Any exercise that works the rotator cuff or shoulder would be a good place to start, but if you are currently part of the team I would take it easy on the exercise until the off season. The 2 main pitches are the fast ball and some sort of off speed pitch like the change up. These two pitches need to be executed properly. If you throw a fastball straight down the plate every time you probably will get crushed. Throw it low and outside and mix in a change up and you will do fine.
