Did Obama cause three years of drought in Fresno?

The Delta water that is being kept from the farmers is being run out to the ocean. The Delta Smelt is not even indigenous to Ca. It is an introduced species. The Farmers have even paid for the drafting and engineering of plans that would allow them to get the water without harming the fish. This is a left wing environmentalist campaign contributing issue. I live in Ca. and know the Central Valley well. 16 percent of Americas food comes from here. If they do not get irrigation soon your food bill will be more than your health care bill. This is a control issue of food for America. Obama and his administration are well aware of what will happen without water there. Pelosi has stopped seven attempts to bring it to the House floor. Pelosi's numbers are already rock bottom here. This will insure her defeat next year. She owns a vineyard winery and hotel in northern Ca. I would bet her farm gets all the water it needs. This cut off of water has caused thousands to lose their jobs. Unemployment in the area is now at 40 percent.
