I want only Muslims to answer this question.?

Dear Islamic brothers and sisters! Some people think that Islam is (Naooz Billah) a backward religion or Muslims are backward people because Muslim women wear Hijaab and hide their face and body from men. Even some of Muslims are convinced that Hijaab is a backward thing and Muslims cannot progress having their women hiding their face and body. I don't really understand. Does this mean that women should expose their selves to men to please them (Moaz Allah) so that their country will progress. Isn't it rubbish? It's the same what some people do, sell their daughters, sisters and wife's honour to get money. Fatima (R.A), Ayesha (R.A), Zainab (R.A), should be the roll models for Muslim women not Aishwaria Rai, or hollywood actresses. I want to know your opinion. But please don't say anythig against The Prophet Mohammad (PBUH), or Islam. And only Muslim will answer this question please. But even you are a Muslim and you don't have (Naooz Billah) respect for Islam don't answer this questn.
