Is this diet (lifestyle) a proper way to eat daily?

You can't eat that every day....there has to be variety in the foods you eat. If you eat the same food you won't be getting all of the vitamins you need and will end up deficient. Eat a variety of fruits and veggies every day....have on hand a list of salad recipes that include many different veggies & fruits. Make sure your eating the rainbow!!! Find produce with as much color as possible! Blue, red, yellow, green, etc etc...also make sure your getting different types of protein every day. Almonds, oatmeal, chicken, quinoa...all of these are excellent sources of healthy proteins. But please....do not eat one or two meal plans every single day....it's not healthy.
