Should Kenneth Noye be released from prison?

Noye was found not guilty of murdering a policeman. The policeman was dressed in an all black 'ninja' suit. He was on Noye's property, there was no search warrant I believe. When Noye discovered the policeman, the policeman did not leave the scene, for reasons that are not clear he may have approached Noye who stabbed him. The case is quite famous since the defence were able to simulate the events for the jurors, and the appearance of an actor dressed in black at the farmhouse apparently scared them.
