What are the chances?

i had a hsg which was inconclusive (dye went throw tubes but didnt spill out the ends) they told me it could be a tubal spasm or both tubes blocked at the ends,ive never had no stds and i dont have Endometriosis i come on every 28 days and all my other hormone tests have come back fine,i thought that tubes being blocked was because youve had a std which has been untreated,what do you think?is any1 going throw same thing
