How hyper is "too hyper" for a 4 month old kitten?
She will. Mine is 6 months old and has settled down some, but she starts winding up a little before the alarm goes off. I know it is almost impossible to do, but ignoring her or playing less with her when her timing is inappropriate works as well. My little one has been trying to nest in my hair and smacks my earrings when I am still curled up under the covers. If I pick her up and put her somewhere else she cuts it out pretty quickly. They are so darling-but I have to admit, I have verbalized the lecture that goes something like this..."If mommy can't sleep, she can't go to work, if I don't go to work, none of us get any kibbles to eat." I know they can't understand exactly-but I think in their own way, they get it. It sounds like you are doing everything you can. Just try saying no a little more often. I know it is hard. They are so cute. Good luck.
